Dayton, Ohio-based hospital network Premier Health has appointed Louis W. Ralofsky, MD, president and CEO of the organization's physician companies, which include Premier HealthNet, Premier Health Specialists and Upper Valley Professional Corp.

2. Prior to Premier Health, Dr. Ralofsky served as president and CEO of Northern Ohio Medical Specialists in Sandusky, Ohio.
3. Dr. Ralofsky earned a medical degree from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton , and a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Dayton (Ohio).
