Cole White, CEO of Middle Park Medical Center in Kremmling, Colo., has resigned from his position, effective immediately.
Mr. White was named CEO in March 2013. Prior, he served as CFO of the hospital.
Trampas Hutches, COO, and Brendan Gale, CFO, have been named co-interim CEOs.
