Kathy Connerton has been appointed president and CEO of Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton, N.Y., effective Dec. 15. Lourdes is part of St. Louis-based Ascension Health.
Ms. Connerton has more than 20 years of healthcare administration experience. She previously served at Lourdes as general counsel until 1999 when she left to join Marriottsville, Md.-based Bon Secours Health System to serve as general counsel.
Ms. Connerton will succeed David J. Patak, who left the hospital on Nov. 1.
