Cornerstone OnDemand's co-founder and CFO has joined the Kareo's board of directors, according to a press release.
Kareo is a provider of cloud-based solutions for medical practices and will be moving into the next phase of growth. The addition of Wallack to the board will provide financial and operational depth.
Mr. Wallack has over 20 years of experience in financial sector and successfully co-founded Cornerstone OnDemand and brought it through an IPO in 2011.
