Prior to serving TRMC-Sunnyvale, Mr. Garrison was a principal in Bain & Co.'s Dallas office. He joined the company in 2005 and was a member of the firm's healthcare practice area and the performance improvement capability areas. During his time at Bain, Mr. Garrison's work experience included turnarounds, cost reductions, marketing, complexity reductions and supply chain management for healthcare and other industry clients. He also launched and led the Bain Dallas Health Care practice area and related business development.

Bush and focused on healthcare policy for the 1998 Texas Legislative Session. He also served on Bush's 2000 Presidential Campaign policy staff.
"Working with highly motivated and cohesive teams in politics and in consulting taught me that people are the key to achieving desired outcomes," says Mr. Garrison. His value of teams carries over to his position at TRMC-Sunnyvale. "At Texas Regional Medical Center at Sunnyvale, we strive to provide industry-leading care to our patients and their families," says Mr. Garrison. "The most important thing I can do to deliver on that goal is ensure TRMC is the best place to work for our physicians and employees," he says.
