Which are the top ranked mobile EHR apps?

For the third year in a row, drchrono was ranked as the top mobile EHR app by practice management and physician leaders in a Black Book survey.

The rankings are based on aggregate client experience and customer satisfaction scores on 18 key performance indicators.

Other highly ranked mobile EHR apps include ADP Advanced MD, Allscripts, athenahealth, Cerner, Greenway, HealthFusion, iPatientCare, Kareo and Practice Fusion.

"As the transition to mobile devices has been rapidly occurring over the past five years, progressive EHR vendors have responded with clear plans and successful products to help expand the user experience," said Doug Brown, managing partner of Black Book Market Research. "With more than half of physicians currently using a mobile device in their medical practices, these EHR vendors are allowing providers to choose which platform best fits in to their workflow in multiple healthcare delivery settings including highly usable mobile products."

In addition to recently being named the top mobile EHR app, drchrono earlier this year was named among the top five ambulatory EHRs for small and independent practices by Black Book.
