ActiveHealth and IBM have released a new support solution that will help medical professionals to access patient information, according to a news release by Aetna.
The Collaborative Care Solution software essentially gathers patients' health data from multiple sources to create a detailed patient record in case physicians are not immediately able to access that information.
The new software also assists physicians and other medical professionals in reducing medical mistakes and unnecessary treatments and helps deliver more complete and accurate decisions about patient care.
