As of March, CMS has paid out $11.9 million in electronic health record incentive payments to eligible hospitals in 2014.
So far this year, nine unique hospital providers have received payments, according to CMS data.
Since the program's inception in 2011, eligible hospitals have received a total of $14.3 billion in incentive payments.
