CloudMedx and Sacramento-based Sutter Physician Services are collaborating to jointly market their products and services. Through the collaboration, both companies aim to help healthcare organizations leverage health data sharing in real time.
CloudMedx's Clinical AI platform aggregates and analyzes health data to provide clinical insight. The platform uses evidence-based algorithms, machine learning and natural language processing to read through structured and unstructured data sources. SPS operates a 24/7 healthcare contact center through which patients can interact with nurses regarding their health issues. The arrangement will allow SPS to use CloudMedx's predictive analysis technology to enhance patient care and experience.
