Cerner has partnered with Jive Software to implement Jive's enterprise communication and collaboration solutions into Cerner's online community forum for providers.
Cerner's uCern is an online community where Cerner users can collaborate, communicate, provide feedback and develop ideas for Cerner products.
Jive's solutions seek to enhance the client request submission software on uCern.
"uCern gives our clients, associates and suppliers an inspiring place to connect, communicate and collaborate as we work towards the mutual goal of changing the face of healthcare," said Jeremy Davis, director of client operations at Cerner. "We expanded our long-term relationship with Jive to include Jive Ideation and offer an interactive platform for increased feedback across all levels."
