For the first time since November 2012, more Americans approve of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act than disapprove of it, according to this month's Kaiser Family Foundation tracking poll.
The poll found that 43 percent of Americans approve of the law, while 42 percent disapprove of it.
This marks the first time the PPACA has moved into positive territory since implementation of the law began.
Still, the poll found that views on the PPACA continue to be split along partisan lines. Most Democrats (70 percent) expressed a favorable view of the PPACA, while most Republicans (75 percent) expressed an unfavorable view. Independents fell in between (42 percent favorable, 46 percent unfavorable).
