The following hospital and health system rating and outlook changes and affirmations took place during the past week, starting with the most recent.

1. Fitch assigns 'BBB+' rating to Catholic Health Services of Long Island's bonds
Fitch Ratings assigned a "BBB+" rating to the series 2014B bonds issued on behalf of Rockville Centre, N.Y.-based Catholic Health Services of Long Island Obligated Group, which includes five of CHSLI's six hospitals.

2. Moody's affirms Centra Health's 'A2' rating
Moody's Investors Service affirmed the "A2" bond rating assigned to Lynchburg, Va.-based Centra Health's $154.8 million of outstanding rated revenue bonds issued by the Lynchburg Industrial Development Authority.

3. Fitch downgrades El Paso County Hospital District's bonds to 'AA-'
Fitch Ratings downgraded bonds issued to El Paso County Hospital District in Texas to "AA-" and revised the hospital district's outlook to negative from stable.

4. Moody's affirms South Jersey Hospital System's 'A2' rating
Moody's Investors Service affirmed the long-term "A2" bond rating assigned to South Jersey Hospital System's $142.8 million of outstanding bonds issued by the New Jersey Health Care Facilities Financing Authority.

5. Moody's affirms Parkview Medical Center's 'A3' rating, outlook stable
Moody's Investors Service affirmed St. Pueblo, Colo.-based Parkview Medical Center's "A3' rating on $117 million of outstanding revenue bonds and the medical center's stable outlook.

6. Moody's assigns 'A1' rating to Greenville Health System
Moody's Investors Service assigned an "A1" rating to Greenville (S.C.) Health System's $91 million of series 2014B bonds.
