California's Tri-City Medical Center CEO Receives Second Raise

Larry Anderson, CEO of Tri-City Medical Center and Tri-City Healthcare District in Oceanside, Calif., will receive a $15,000 salary raise, making it his second raise in the past 13 months, according to a San Diego Union-Tribune report.

Mr. Anderson's base salary will now be $515,000, up from $500,000. In Nov. 2010, the board voted to raise his pay from $480,000 to $500,000, according to the report.

In August, the hospital's board of directors also voted to award Mr. Anderson a bonus of $115,000, crediting his leadership for Tri-City's financial turnaround.

Mr. Anderson is now one of the 20 highest-paid public employees in California, according to the report.
