Employers can now use the Cigna Care Card to cover expenses that employees may have incurred from COVID-19. The debit card allows employers to preload tax-free funds that can be used for qualified disaster relief payments like medical payments, groceries, child care and wellness services.
Employers can fully deduct the payments, and they are tax-free for employees.
