From business acquisitions to company partnerships, below are some of the latest revenue cycle vendor updates from the past week.

1. CHRISTUS Health taps Valify to manage purchased services costs
CHRISTUS Health in Irving, Texas, will use Valify's Software as a Service analytics and benchmarking platform to manage and reduce costs in purchased services.       

2. Patient finance company launches program to help with high deductibles
SimpleSelect Patient Finance will begin testing a finance program aimed at helping patients afford out-of-pocket medical costs and rising insurance premiums.

3. Valence Health taps RowdMap to improve value-based solution offerings
Valence Health, a value-based care solution company, and RowdMap have partnered to expand and enhance Valence's service offerings.

4. Sentry to acquire Algium Healthcare
Sentry Data Systems, a 340B management solutions provider, will acquire Algium Healthcare Intelligence in a move to expand and develop Sentry's financial analytics services.

5. Fairfax Ob-Gyn adds paperless billing services with PatientPay
Since Fairfax Ob-Gyn Associates in Virginia began using PatientPay's paperless billing system, the women's health practice has reduced average payment collection times by almost 90 percent.
