Louisville, Ky.-based Humana announced a $0.29 cash dividend to stockholders payable on Jan. 27.
Participating stockholders as of Jan. 12, 2017, will be issued the dividend. The insurer aligned its third quarter dividends with Aetna's next quarterly dividend, as contemplated in its acquisition agreement with Hartford, Conn.-based Aetna.
