Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers, the state health department and the insurance commissioner’s office established a partnership June 3 to help more Wisconsinites enroll in health insurance on HealthCare.gov, according to Channel 3000, a news station based in Madison, Wis.
The “Health Care Coverage Partnership” will also help create a plan for Medicaid expansion in the state, according to the report. Expanding Medicaid would extend the program to 82,000 more people in the state.
