UW Health ACO (Madison, Wis.). UW Health ACO became a Track 1 Medicare Shared Savings Program ACO in 2013. UW Health ACO was one of the first ACOs in Wisconsin, and participants include a network of Madison-based UW Health physicians, clinics, hospitals and a medical school to accelerate care coordination.
