UT Southwestern Health Resources Accountable Care Network (Dallas). The Southwestern Health Resources Accountable Care Network manages more than 300,000 lives in North Texas. Southwestern Health Resources is a clinically integrated network established by Arlington-based Texas Health Resources and Dallas-based UT Southwestern in 2015 that includes approximately 3,000 physicians and 31 hospitals. In 2015, the ACO was among the top 10 Medicare Shared Savings Program ACOs for cost-effectiveness, saving the federal health program $29.6 million in care for 67,000 covered lives. Southwestern Health Resources Accountable Care Network was selected to participate in Next Generation ACO Model in 2017.
