UnitedHealthcare sells land previously designated for Optum for $1.4M

Minnetonka, Minn.-based UnitedHealthcare sold about 3.5 acres of land in Eden Prairie, Minn., for $1.4 million, according to a Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal report.

UnitedHealth Group, the parent company of UnitedHealthcare, purchased the land to provide more space for its Optum healthcare services and technology unit, according to the report.  

Cardinal Glass Industries, a residential glass manufacturer and supplier, purchased the land from UnitedHealthcare.
