Through the ACOs, the organizations aim to provide coordinated care for more than 65,000 Illinois residents enrolled in UnitedHealthcare’s Medicare Advantage plans. The goal of the ACOs is to improve patient health outcomes while reducing healthcare costs.

“Working with UnitedHealthcare enhances our ability to address patients’ complex medical needs and allows for improved outcomes, higher patient satisfaction and more affordable healthcare,” said Michael Englehart, president of Advocate Physician Partners.
