The MyRewards program, announced June 25, will pay members between $50 and $100 each time they select a provider and service that is cost effective. Eligible services include: bariatric and carpal tunnel surgery, colonoscopy and endoscopy procedures, echocardiograms, hip and knee replacements, mammograms, some maternity care, and imaging.
Tufts members can use the MyRewards program while in the health plan’s provider search and cost estimator functions.
Tufts said the program is available to fully insured commercial members in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Self-insured members in the same states and the health plan’s other states — New Hampshire and Connecticut — can also use the program.
