Top 5 health insurance brands, per Forrester

Health insurers ranked in Forrester’s 2021 Customer Experience Index showed significant score increases for the first time since the CX Index launched in 2016, according to Forbes.

Forrester surveys 675,000 consumers and business and technology leaders to obtain its results, a June 2 news release said.

Here are the top five payers for customer experience: 

  1. Humana
  2. Kaiser Permanente
  3. Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield
  4. Florida Blue
  5. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan
