Trinity Medical Center in Carrollton, Texas, has joined Baylor Health Care System, according to a report in the Dallas Business Journal.
Baylor has purchased a 71 percent interest in Trinity from Trinity MC LLC, the physician-owned parent company of the hospital, according to the report.
The hospital will operate as Baylor Medical Center at Carrollton, effective immediately.
