Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital (Plano). Texas Health Plano recently completed a $25.4 million expansion project adding five specially designed orthopedic operating rooms to its campus. CareChex ranked the hospital No. 93 in the nation for orthopedic surgery in its 2016 list. Healthgrades also awarded Texas Health Presbyterian for excellence in orthopedics, presenting it with its America’s 100 Best Hospitals for Joint Replacement Award in both 2015 and 2016. The hospital is a Blue Distinction Center for Knee and Hip Replacement and is Magnet-recognized for nursing excellence by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
