The Lean consulting services will complement technological installation of TeleTracking systems and will consist of “focused process improvements” where TeleTracking meets emergency department, perioperative, throughput, discharge, patient logistics and physician engagement systems, according to the company.
The Lean consulting group will be led by Vice President Nanne Finis, RN, MS; Managing Director Susan Whitehurst, RN, MSN, MBB; UPMC Mercy’s Senior Administrative Director Deborah Kaczynski; Northwestern Memorial Hospital Accreditation, Clinical Compliance and Policy Management Leader Jodi Eisenberg; and Lean Six Sigma Certified Quality and Organizational Manager Denise Hammel.
