State Report Depicts Former Florida Hospital CEO as Gun-Toting Bully; Three Workers Fired

A new report by the inspector general of the state of Florida depicts the former CEO of A.G. Holley Hospital, a state-owned tuberculosis facility in Lantana, as a gun-toting, profanity-spewing bully, according to an article in the Palm Beach Post.

The report said former interim CEO Jeffrey Voiles, who was fired in December, threatened to kill an employee if state-paid improvements on his home were disclosed.

The new report led to the state’s firing of three employees and demotion of two others.
