Increasing prices for a number of goods and services, such as concrete, steel and excavation work, can be attributed to rising worldwide demand for such resources, according to the report.
As a result, hospital officials hope to set forth a scaled-back plan by mid-January, which can push back the completion date from Dec. 2013 to spring 2014.
