St. Cloud (Minn.) Hospital. St. Cloud Hospital was founded by the Sisters of the Order of St. Benedict in 1886. It is now part of CentraCare Health, an integrated system based in St. Cloud. St. Cloud Hospital is licensed for 489 beds and has a medical staff of more than 450 physicians. The hospital has been recognized for nursing excellence, as it holds Magnet designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. This year, the hospital received the Get With The Guidelines-Stroke Gold Plus Quality Achievement Award from the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association.
