Scott Posecai. Executive Vice President and CFO of Ochsner Health System (New Orleans). Mr. Posecai is currently responsible for accounting, budgeting, reimbursement, revenue cycle and supply chain at Ochsner. Mr. Posecai earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of New Orleans and is a licensed certified public accountant. Mr. Posecai was honored as Alumnus of the Year in 2004 by the University of New Orleans College of Business.
