A groundbreaking ceremony was held at the construction site, signaling the start of the clinic building that will serve as the anchor for the medical center campus. The clinic project is slated for completion during the first quarter of 2013.
The Wayne & Eileen Hurd Regional Medical Center-Scott & White will eventually be comprised of the clinic, a surgical and diagnostic center and a 200,000-square-foot hospital facility with 72 medical/surgical beds and 12 medical/surgical ICU beds.
