Here are three things to know.

1. Patients with Humana commercial, Medicare and individual policies sold through the ACA exchange will be able to access SFH providers at discounted rates. Those providers include Saint Francis Hospital-Memphis (Tenn.), Memphis-based Saint Francis Hospital-Bartlett and SFH physician clinics and outpatient centers.

2. Audrey Gregory, CEO of SFH, said in a statement to Memphis Business Journal, “We are pleased that Humana members will regain in-network access to our care network in the communities that we serve. Our patients are our highest priority, and we look forward to once again serving as the provider of choice for those with Humana health insurance.”
