Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Redirect Health unveiled a healthcare plan in Arizona’s Maricopa County, where several insurers pulled their individual ACA exchange health plans from last year.

The plan, called iEverydayCare, offers coverage for Maricopa County residents accessing five Redirect Health centers in Glendale, Surprise/Sun City, Scottsdale, Chandler and Gilbert. It also provides 24/7 telephone access to a Redirect Health specialist who can evaluate a patient’s status and arrange treatment if necessary. If hospital care is needed, the specialists negotiate costs.

The plan includes unlimited primary care, chiropractic, preventive, lab and immunization services for a monthly fee of $105 per person and $300 per family, without deductible or co-payments.
