ProMedica Health Network (Toledo, Ohio). ProMedica Health Network is a physician-led ACO, consisting of more than 50 participants. CMS selected ProMedica Health Network to join the Medicare Shared Savings Program in 2016. The ACO distributes 60 percent of the shared savings to participants. Timothy Walsh is the chief ACO executive of ProMedica Health Network.
