ProHEALTH Accountable Care Medical Group (Lake Success, N.Y.). ProHEALTH Care Associates employees and partners participate in ProHEALTH Accountable Care Medical Group. David Cooper, MD, serves as CEO and chair of the ACO board. ProHEALTH Accountable Care Medical Group participated in the Medicare Shared Savings Program and reported $6.3 million in savings for the 2015 performance year. In 2016, ProHEALTH Accountable Care Medical Group transitioned to the Next Generation ACO Model.
