Edward Alan Gilkey, MD, MS, MBA, CPE, has been named vice president of medical affairs for Warren Hospital in Phillipsburg, N.J., according to a report in the Warren Reporter.
Dr. Gilkey will start in his new position on Feb. 1, according to the report. He most recently was chief physician executive at Alaska Native Medical Center in Anchorage, Alaska.
Dr. Gilkey received his medical degree from SUNY-Downstate Medical Center and completed a residency in family practice medicine at Overlook Hospital in Summit, N.J., according to the report.
