Pennsylvania’s Westmoreland Hospital Begins ED Renovation

Westmoreland Hospital in Greensburg, Pa., has begun a renovation and expansion of its ED, according to a report by the Pittsburgh Business Times.

The project is expected to last nine months, introducing eight more exam rooms for a total of 41 rooms and a 16-slice CT scanner.

The 356-bed hospital is part of three-hospital Excela Health, also in Greensburg.
