Newark (N.Y.)-Wayne Community Hospital announced it will officially open the $9.9 million Daniel Alexander, M.D. Emergency Department on April 24.
The new ED will feature board-certified emergency physicians and specialized emergency equipment. It will also be able to handle a larger influx of patients than before, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
