Mount Sinai Hospital Queens Plans $113M Expansion

Mount Sinai Hospital Queens in New York is planning a $113 million expansion, according to a New York Daily News report.

The expansion features the construction of a five-story medical building on its campus. The building will include four operating rooms and a new emergency department, comprising 36 treatment bays and eight observation beds.

Construction is expected to begin in September and be completed in 2016, according to the report.
