Ron Baker, CEO of I-70 Community Hospital in Sweet Springs, Mo., has resigned effective Oct. 19, to pursue other opportunities, according to a report by the Marshall Democrat-News.
HMC/CAH Consolidated, the company that owns the hospital, appointed Bill May has as interim CEO. Mr. May has 32 years of experience as a hospital CEO, according to the report.
HMC/CAH will immediately begin formally searching for a new, permanent CEO.
