Twenty-seven students — Mission Health employees — are participating in the first semester of this two-year program, which includes classes offered under Mission Health’s Center for Innovation and the Center for Leadership and Professional Development. Students will produce innovative solutions to healthcare and operational practices at Mission Health; a committee will choose among these solutions for implementation in the health system.
According to the release, the graduate program supports the health system’s BIG(GER) Aim, which is to get each patient to the desired outcome, first without harm, also without waste and with an exceptional experience for the patient and family.
