Milrose Mercado. Vice President of Supply Chain for Legacy Health (Portland). In 2014, Ms. Mercado began serving as Legacy Health’s vice president of supply chain. Through her efforts, Legacy Health has taken on a variety of initiatives, including the development of an executive standardization council to strengthen clinical partnerships in the supply chain. Prior to joining Legacy Health, Ms. Mercado served as administrative director of supply chain management at Seattle-based Virginia Mason Medical Center.
