Cincinnati practices joining Mercy West include Westside General & Vascular Surgery, Monfort Heights Family Medicine, Mercy Health – West Pulmonary, Sleep and Critical Care, The Heart Institute – Mount Airy, The Heart Institute – Western Hills, Mercy Health – West Orthopedics and Spine (from Muddy Creek Orthopedics and Spine and Mount Airy Orthopedics and Spine) and Mount Airy Pain Medicine.
While some practices were formerly independent, the $180 million, 638,000-square-foot facility is also part of a consolidation of Mercy Health’s other Cincinnati hospitals, Mount Airy and Western Hills, into one facility, according to the report.
