MemorialCare Regional ACO (Fountain Valley, Calif.). MemorialCare Health System’s five hospitals, imaging centers, providers and skilled nursing facilities participate in the health system’s Next Generation ACO. The ACO is a wholly owned subsidiary of the MemorialCare Medical Foundation, a nonprofit owned by Fountain Valley, Calif.-based MemorialCare Health System.
