The new campus and the 180,000-square-foot headquarters will bring together teams from throughout the health system, such as teams from MemorialCare’s corporate office, physician support locations and medical groups, currently spread over several locations.
The transaction is the largest headquarters purchase by an Orange County-based company in the last year. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank advised on the transaction.
The campus is expected to be occupied in late 2013.
