Martin Guthmiller. CEO of Orange City (Iowa) Area Health System. Mr. Guthmiller has been CEO of Orange City Area Health System since 1993. During his tenure, he oversaw the planning, fundraising and construction of its $29.6 million expansion project. He also served on the Community Health Partners, Northwest Iowa Dialysis Center and Orange City Development Corporation boards. Prior to joining OCAHS, Mr. Guthmiller was CFO and assistant administrator at Sheldon-based Northwest Iowa Health Center.
