Kate Walsh. President and CEO of Boston Medical Center. Prior to being named president and CEO of Boston Medical Center in March 2010, Ms. Walsh served as executive vice president and COO of Brigham and Women’s Hospital for five years. She previously held administrative positions with Novartis Institutes for Biomedical Research in Cambridge, Mass., Montefiore Medical Center in New York City, and Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City. She is a member of the boards of trustees for the YMCA of Greater Boston, the Boston Public Health Commission, the Massachusetts Hospital Association, the National Institutes of Health Clinic Center and the Yale University School of Medicine, among others.
