John W. Paul. President and CEO of Allegheny Health Network (Pittsburgh). Mr. Paul was appointed president and CEO of the newly formed Allegheny Health Network in 2013. Since 2011, Mr. Paul has been building Highmark Health’s integrated delivery network, which is redefining how healthcare is delivered in Western Pennsylvania. When Mr. Paul joined Allegheny, he brought with him roughly 30 years of healthcare integration and management experience from UPMC in Pittsburgh, where he served as UPMC’s executive vice president, CFO and COO from 1991 through 2004. Mr. Paul is actively involved in the community by serving as the corporate chair of the Western Pennsylvania Walk to Cure Diabetes.
