James E. LaBelle, MD. Corporate Senior Vice President and CMO of Scripps Health (San Diego). Prior to being named CMO of Scripps Health, Dr. LaBelle was corporate vice president of quality, physician co-management and medical management for the system, served two terms as chief of staff and was medical director of emergency services at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas in California. He is co-founder and past president and CEO of Connect the Docs Multi-Speciality Network, an independent physicians association.
