Hospital Destroyed in Flood Will be Rebuilt for $18M

Tri-County Memorial Hospital in Gowanda, N.Y., destroyed in a 2009 flood, will be rebuilt at another location at a cost of $18.5 million, according to a report by the Healthcare Association of New York State.
